Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 24 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of Chelsea Pharmacy’s website, online services, pharmacy services, consultations, prescriptions, products and orders.

1. About Chelsea Pharmacy

Chelsea Pharmacy is a community pharmacy providing pharmacy services, prescription services, healthcare-related services, consultations and access to medicines and other products.

Chelsea Pharmacy, Lower Floor, 61–63 Sloane Ave, London, SW3 3DH, United Kingdom. GPhC Number: 1041029. Website: chelseapharmacy.co.uk. Email: info@chelseapharmacy.co.uk. Telephone: 0207 589 8776.

2. Using Chelsea Pharmacy

By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or services. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating an account, placing an order, booking a service or submitting a prescription. You are responsible for keeping your account information and login details secure.

3. Pharmacy Services

We provide pharmacy and healthcare services through our website and pharmacy premises. Availability may depend on your age, location, medical information, clinical suitability and other applicable requirements. Some services may require a questionnaire, consultation, prescription, pharmacist assessment or other clinical review before they can be provided. Where a pharmacist or other healthcare professional determines that a service or treatment is not clinically appropriate, we may decline to provide it.

4. Appointments and Consultations

Some services may be delivered through an online or in-person consultation. Appointment availability is subject to the availability of the relevant pharmacist or healthcare professional. Where a consultation requires pharmacist review or approval, the appointment may not proceed until that review has taken place. You must provide accurate information during a consultation and follow reasonable instructions provided by the healthcare professional. Online consultations may require compatible internet access, a suitable device and access to the relevant communication technology.

5. Prescriptions

We dispense valid NHS and private prescriptions. We may need to verify a prescription with the prescriber before it is dispensed. We may refuse to dispense a prescription that appears invalid, incomplete or clinically inappropriate.

6. Products

Product images and descriptions are for guidance. Packaging may vary from that shown. Some medicines are subject to quantity limits or pharmacist approval before sale.

7. Placing an Order

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted and dispatched or is ready for collection. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred or a clinical check is not passed.

8. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of ordering unless stated otherwise. NHS prescription charges are set by the NHS and may change.

9. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Some medicines cannot be delivered to certain locations or may require a signature on delivery. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

10. Collection

Click & Collect orders are held at the pharmacy for a limited period. You may be asked to show identification when collecting medicines or prescription items.

11. Cancellations, Refunds and Returns

You may cancel most non-medicinal products within 14 days of delivery. For safety reasons, medicines and opened or personalised items cannot usually be returned unless faulty. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

12. Medical and Pharmacy Information

Information on our website is for general guidance and does not replace advice from a pharmacist, doctor or other healthcare professional. In an emergency, call 999 or contact NHS 111.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website may link to or use services provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, availability or policies of those third parties.

14. Customer Communications

We may contact you about your orders, appointments, prescriptions and account. Marketing messages are only sent where you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

15. Customer Responsibilities

You must use our services lawfully, provide accurate information and use any medicines in line with the instructions provided.

16. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use it to submit false or misleading information.

17. Customer Information

You must keep your contact and medical information up to date so that we can provide services safely.

18. Data Protection and Privacy

We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

19. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Chelsea Pharmacy or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

20. Platform Availability

We aim to keep our website and services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance or security reasons.

21. Changes to the Platform and Services

We may update, change or withdraw any part of our website or services at any time.

22. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect patient safety.

23. Our Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

24. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

25. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, please see our Complaints Procedure.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be shown on this page with the date it was last updated.

27. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply. A failure to enforce any right does not waive it.

28. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
