EULA & App Terms of Use
This End User Licence Agreement (EULA) and App Terms of Use set out the terms for downloading, accessing and using the Chelsea Pharmacy App and related Services. By using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. Important Information
If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should not download, install, access or use the App or Services. If you have already installed the App, you should delete it from your device. If you have a medical emergency, contact your doctor, NHS 111 where appropriate, or the emergency services immediately. The App and Services are not intended to replace emergency medical care. The App and Services are designed to support access to Chelsea Pharmacy’s pharmacy and healthcare services. They do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
2. Definitions
The following terms are used throughout this agreement:
| “App” | means the Chelsea Pharmacy mobile application and any updates or replacement versions made available by us. |

| “Device” | means a compatible mobile phone, tablet or other supported device on which the App may be installed. |
| “Pharmacy” | means Chelsea Pharmacy, Lower Floor, 61–63 Sloane Ave, London, SW3 3DH, United Kingdom. |
| “Services” | means the pharmacy, prescription, consultation, appointment, ordering, communication and related services made available through the App or associated online services. |
| “Third-Party Platform Terms” | means the applicable terms and privacy policies of Apple, Google or another platform through which the App is downloaded or used. |
| “we”, “us” or “our” | means Chelsea Pharmacy. |
| “you” or “your” | means the person using the App or Services. |

4. Introduction and Agreement
By creating an account, downloading the App or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any specific terms that apply to a particular product, service, consultation or order. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable UK law.
5. Medical and Healthcare Information
Information in the App is for general guidance only and does not replace advice from a pharmacist, doctor or other healthcare professional.
6. Services Available Through the App
The App may let you order prescriptions, book services, shop products and manage appointments. Available features may change over time.
7. Appointments and Online Consultations
Appointments are subject to availability. Online consultations require a suitable device and internet connection, and may need pharmacist review before going ahead.
8. Prescriptions
Prescription requests made through the App are subject to verification and clinical checks before being dispensed.
9. Products and Pharmacy Orders
Orders placed in the App are subject to our Terms & Conditions, including availability, quantity limits and pharmacist approval.
10. Payment
Payments in the App are processed securely by third-party providers. Prices include VAT where applicable.
11. Delivery and Collection
Delivery and Click & Collect options and timings are shown at checkout and may vary by product and location.
12. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been misused.
13. Acceptable Use
You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer or misuse the App, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
14. Intellectual Property
The App and its content are owned by Chelsea Pharmacy or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control.
15. Third-Party Platforms
Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the app store you downloaded it from, such as Apple or Google.
16. Updates and Changes
We may release updates to improve the App. Some updates may be required to keep using the App.
17. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You can stop using the App and delete it at any time.
18. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
19. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
